Own your creativity.

Live by your values.

Start to love yourself.

Create a relationship to yourself that feels genuine, loving, and supportive of the life you want. Identify what truly motivates you and the drains on your energy that you can let go. Start to live in line with what’s most important to you – and feel the difference.

living in a world not designed for your needs,

feeling exhausted and unfulfilled,

stuck in your head most of the time,

with high potential and low confidence,

not seeing yourself the way others see you…

Self-love is a practice:

just like running, meditating, or learning an instrument. Cultivate resilience, self-appreciation, and a drive towards meaning. Through our work you will reshape your relationship with yourself, creating space for greater insight, creativity, and ability to enjoy life.

SEASONS OF CHANGE

What to Expect from Therapy:

Winter – Grounding

Establish the basics: trust in the process and the therapeutic relationship. Develop a sense that you can be vulnerable without fear of judgement or being told what to do.

Spring – Planning

Establish concrete goals. Understand where you’re stuck. Start developing tools and a mindset to get you through it.

Summer – Exploring

Once you have a taste of what works, experiment with what’s possible. Take risks. Learn, grow. Stumble at times, and get back up.

Fall – Integrating

Keep what worked before, leave what didn’t. Incorporate what you’ve learned as it goes from being a manual effort to second nature. Gear up for a brand new challenge.
